Q: How does my student participate in Green Apple Lunches?
A: Start by creating an account at myschoolaccount.com and either deposit funds to be used on a day by day basis, or if your school is a pre-order only school, place your pre-orders and let us do the rest. Your student will enjoy wholesome meals made fresh daily by our Chef at our local kitchen.
Q: How do I get my students ID number?
A: You may email email@example.com, with your students name, school, and grade, and a staff member will respond with in 24 hours.
Q: What is the District Code on myschoolaccount.com?
A: The District Code is Green Apple Gourmet
Q: What if I do not want to create an account, but I still want my child to participate in Green Apple Lunches on an as needed basis?
A: Every student at every school we serve, has an account for emergency purposes, it is up to you whether or not to use it. Although we believe setting up your account at myschoolaccount.com is the easiest way to manage your student’s account and view their order history, your student does have the option to purchase lunch with cash on a day by day basis, as needed. *Please note* If your school is a pre-order only school, there will be an additional charge to purchase lunch with cash the day of, as this will be considered an “emergency” lunch.
Q: How do I get a monthly PDF menu to print out for my home?
A: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your students name, school and grade, and a staff member will respond within 24 hours.
Q: How do I cancel a pre-ordered lunch that I have already purchased?
A: There is no way to cancel a pre-ordered lunch at myschoolaccount.com. You must email email@example.com with your students name, school and grade, and Green Apple Staff will issue a refund directly to the account. Refunds will only be issued if Green Apple Staff is notified in advance of the cancellation, as to not have any food go to waste. In the case of an absence we need to be notified by 8:30 am the day of. In the case of a planned field trip, we need to be notified 2 days in advance.
Q: What if my student needs a lunch, but I have forgot to pre-order, and there is no money on his/her account?
A: Your student will be allowed to purchase one lunch on an account that has a $0.00 balance or below. You will be contacted by phone or email to notify you of the balance due.
Q: What if my student wants a larger portion than what is provided?
A: Remember, we do offer unlimited fruit & salad bar at most schools we service. If this is still not sufficient for your growing student, at the schools that do offer more than one sized meal, your student, regardless of grade, may opt to receive an upper grades portion, for an additional cost.
Q: Do you offer gluten free meal options?
A: Yes. We have recently started providing gluten free bread for all sandwich options. We have also always been able to do a lettuce wrap if requested, and have a variety of daily salad options. Check out our monthly menu at myschoolaccount.com for other gluten free options. We are always looking for comments or suggestions, so if you have a gluten free suggestion, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
